Matt Johnston is Allegheny Township’s new Westmoreland County Emergency Management Coordinator. Matt received his B.S. in Safety, Health, and Environmental Applied Sciences at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Matt is currently a a captain and EMS coordinator at the Markle Volunteer Fire Department and is employed as an Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor at Vitro Architectural Glass.
