We encourage residents who have a concern in the Township that they’d like addressed to complete a formal complaint form. In this way the concern gets to the right place in the Township in the quickest way possible. It also enables us to log the concern and then track actions taken to investigate and address it. That doesn’t always mean something will change. But what it does mean is that Township personnel will respond to it and be proactive in addressing it, whatever the outcome.
In order to get this process started, residents MUST complete a formal complaint form. The form is available in person from the Township office receptionist Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or electronically at the following link: Allegheny Township Complaint Form
The form must be completed and returned so that it will be the intake and tracking mechanism into the Township system to facilitate investigation and follow up on resolution.
Remember – Only verified complaints will be considered valid for formal investigation.
