Allegheny Township is now utilizing Savvy Citizen for direct, real-time communication with residents. Savvy Citizen is a notification system that allows local governments to quickly and effectively communicate with their residents. Although Savvy Citizen can be utilized for emergency alerts, it also enables the township to update citizens on events, helpful information, utility outages, community news, weather alerts, and much more.
