Supervisors James Morabito, Ren Steele, Mike Korns, Manager Greg Primm, and Public Works Superintendent Roger Schwarz recently attended the 2023 PA State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) Conference in Hershey, PA. The conference provided over 150 informative sessions for the attendees to learn about important issues facing townships like Allegheny.
There were three general sessions where attendees learned about statewide issues such as unfunded mandates, liquid fuels standards, legal advertisement requirements, fire/emergency medical services support and more. There were also two receptions, one for networking with other township officials, and another to meet and discuss important legislative matters with state legislators.
